    How the week works

    1. A new round opens as soon as the last draw finishes. Buy tickets any time until Friday 3:00 PM ET.
    2. At 3:00 PM ET the entry list locks and its fingerprint is published.
    3. At 4:00 PM ET the winner is drawn from that list and a public DigiByte block, so anyone can verify it.
    4. Half the pot goes to the winner and half to the Treasury, in one transaction.
